ecause our products are custom-made, we follow a transparent and fair return & refund policy.

Made-to-Measure Products

All blinds sold by Dubai Blinds Co. are:

  • Made specifically according to customer-provided or confirmed measurements
  • Customized in fabric, size, and mechanism

Returns or refunds are NOT applicable for custom-made products, except in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or correction if:

  • The product delivered is different from the confirmed order
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect measurements were taken by our team

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Policy

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
  • Installation or service charges are non-refundable
