All orders are custom-manufactured after order confirmation and measurement.

Standard delivery time is 3 working days from order confirmation.

In some cases (large orders or special fabrics), delivery may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in advance.

We offer free site visits and measurement services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Accurate measurements are essential for made-to-measure blinds.

Orders proceed only after measurements are confirmed.

Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated during order confirmation.

Installation services may be charged separately depending on the project scope.

Products are delivered safely to your location by our team or authorized logistics partners.

Customers are requested to ensure site access at the scheduled delivery time.

If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address details or unavailability, rescheduling charges may apply.

Dubai Blinds Co. is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once manufacturing starts, cancellation is not possible due to customization.
