Thunder Grey Duplex Blinds bring a deep, modern grey to your windows, with one simple control for both light and privacy. The blind has two layers of fabric with alternating strips of sheer voile and solid grey. Move the strips one way and soft daylight comes in. Move them the other way and the room turns shaded and private. It is a strong pick for Dubai homes that want a darker, grounded colour instead of plain white or beige.
Product Overview
Most window coverings give you two choices: open or closed. Thunder Grey Duplex Blinds give you the space in between. When the sheer strips line up, you get filtered light and can still see outside. When the solid strips line up, they block the view from outside and cut harsh sunlight.
The deep grey tone works well with the grey sofas, concrete-look tiles and black metal fittings you see in many new Dubai apartments. A darker fabric also shows less dust and fewer marks than light colours, which helps in a city where sand gets everywhere. The fabric is strong and moisture-resistant, so it handles daily use well.
Best Spaces For Use
- Living rooms: cut the afternoon glare on your TV and still keep daylight in the room.
- Bedrooms with street views: close the solid strips at night for privacy, and open them to soft light in the morning.
- Kitchens: the moisture-resistant fabric copes with steam and daily cooking.
- Bathrooms: a good option where you want privacy with some natural light.
- Home offices: reduce screen glare without sitting in a dark room.
- Modern and industrial interiors: the grey shade suits monochrome, concrete and dark-wood styles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a dark grey duplex blind make a room feel smaller?
No, not when you use it well. With the sheer strips open, daylight still fills the room. The deep grey adds contrast and works best in rooms with white or light grey walls.
Can people see inside at night with this blind?
With the solid strips closed, the view from outside is blocked. When the lights are on inside at night, close the blind fully to keep the most privacy.
Is Thunder Grey a good match for a grey sofa?
Yes. Pick a blind a shade darker or lighter than your sofa so the two don’t blend together. Thunder Grey suits mid and light grey furniture well.
How do I clean Thunder Grey Duplex Blinds?
Dust the fabric with a soft brush or a vacuum on low power every couple of weeks. For small marks, dab gently with a damp cloth. For more help choosing custom blinds for every room, contact our team.
